okliv Terms & Conditions

General Provisions

okliv is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete legal agreement. By using any part of the platform, the user is in full agreement with all the terms below.

1.1 Definitions

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are as follows:

• "Platform" — the okliv website (https://okliv.lat) and all services associated with it.
• "User" — any person who has opened or is attempting to open an account on the platform.
• "Account" — the user's own registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit or benefit provided by okliv.
• "Real Money Balance" — the amount of real money in the user's account.

1.2 Applicability

These terms take effect from the moment an account is first created and remain in force until the account is closed. If a user does not agree to any term, they should not use the platform.

Account Registration

When opening an account on okliv, the user must provide completely accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, the platform reserves the right to cancel the account.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

okliv may request relevant documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Age Verification

Users must be at least 21 years of age to use the okliv platform. This service is for those aged 21 or over only. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested as part of the age verification process. Keeping minors away from gaming is one of our highest priorities.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on okliv are conducted through secure, encrypted methods. We currently support the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• After a successful request, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Funds deposited into an account must come only from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited, and if such transactions are detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Winnings earned from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Bonuses & Promotions

okliv offers various promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has its own terms, and users must comply with them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on your first deposit at okliv. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• You may place bets using your bonus balance, but it cannot be withdrawn directly.
• It may not be possible to cash out other active bonuses while participating in a promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, okliv reserves the right to cancel the bonus and void any associated winnings.
• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

Gaming Rules

All games on the okliv platform are operated through certified software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). The outcome of each game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

okliv is committed to fair play. No game outcome is predetermined, and every round is conducted entirely independently. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, okliv follows a policy of refunding the relevant bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. okliv offers both live and pre-match betting. okliv reserves the right to cancel or limit any bet for operational reasons or if irregular betting patterns are detected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okliv platform:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (including bonus arbitrage).
• Using another person's account or placing bets through a third party.
• Depositing unlawful funds into an account or attempting money laundering.
• Interfering with the platform's software or using bots.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward platform staff.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances. Relevant law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by okliv

okliv reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the terms is found.
• If suspected fraud or irregular financial activity is observed.
• If the user does not cooperate with identity verification.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may close their account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

Users' personal information is not sold or shared with third parties, though information may be shared where required by legal obligation or for a security investigation. We use cookies and analytics to improve the quality of the platform.

• Problems arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

In any circumstance, okliv's maximum liability will be limited to the equivalent of the user's current real money balance.

Changes to Terms

okliv reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will publish a notice on the platform before any changes take effect.
